CINNAMON RAISIN BREAD

Total Time Taken: 1 ½ hours
Yield: 10 Servings

Ingredients:
¼ cup butter, melted
¼ teaspoon salt
½ cup raisins
½ cup white sugar
1 ¼ cups warm milk
1 ½ teaspoons instant yeast
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
2 eggs
3 cups all-purpose flour

Directions:
1. Mix the eggs, sugar, milk and butter in a container.

2. Put in the flour, salt, cinnamon and yeast and mix thoroughly. Put in
the raisins too.

3. Knead the dough for about ten minutes until elastic and easy to
work with.

4. Cover the container and allow to rise for about half an hour.

5. Transfer the dough to a floured working surface and shape it into a
loaf.

6. Put the bread in a baking tray covered with parchment paper.

7. Pre-heat the oven and bake at 350F for forty minutes.

8. Let cool down before you serve.

CINNAMON RAISIN BREAD

Ingredients:
¼ cup canola oil
¼ cup light brown sugar
¼ teaspoon salt
1 cup hot water
1 cup raisins
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 eggs
2 tablespoons milk powder
2 teaspoons baking powder

Directions:
1. Mix the water, oil, sugar and milk powder in a container. Put in the
eggs and mix thoroughly.

2. Stir in the flour, salt, baking powder and cinnamon and stir for a
few seconds to mix.

3. Fold in the raisins then spoon the batter in a loaf pan covered with
parchment paper.

4. Pre-heat the oven and bake at 350F for forty minutes or until it rises
significantly and starts to appear golden-brown.

5. Let cool in the pan then serve, sliced.
