PEANUT BUTTER JELLY BREAD

Yield: 12 Servings

Ingredients:
¼ cup canola oil
¼ teaspoon salt
½ cup peanuts, chopped
½ cup raspberry jelly
½ cup smooth peanut butter
½ teaspoon cinnamon powder
1 cup light brown sugar
1 egg
2 bananas, mashed
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder

Directions:
1. Mix the peanut butter, sugar and oil in a container.

2. Put in the bananas and egg and mix thoroughly.

3. Stir in the flour, salt, baking powder and cinnamon then fold in the
peanuts.

4. Spoon the batter in a loaf pan coated with baking paper.

5. Top the batter with dollops of jelly and preheat the oven and bake at
350F for about forty minutes.

6. Let cool in the pan and serve, sliced.
