VEGAN DINNER BREAD

Total Time Taken: 1 ½ hours
Yield: 8 Servings

Ingredients:
¼ cup canola oil
¼ cup water
¼ teaspoon salt
1 cup almond milk
1 tablespoon white sugar
1 teaspoon instant yeast
3 cups all-purpose flour

Directions:
1. Mix the flour, salt, sugar and yeast in a container.

2. Put in the milk, water and oil and mix thoroughly. Knead the dough
for a few minutes until elastic.

3. Let the dough rise for about half an hour then transfer the dough in
a baking tray covered with parchment paper.

4. Pre-heat the oven and bake at 350F for about half an hour.

5. Let cool in the pan before you serve.
