OATMEAL CRANBERRY BREAD

Total Time Taken: 1 hour
Yield: 10 Servings

Ingredients:
¼ teaspoon salt
½ cup all-purpose flour
½ cup butter, melted
½ cup rolled oats
½ cup white sugar
1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
1 cup dried cranberries
1 cup milk
1 cup oat flour
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs

Directions:
1. Mix the oat flour, all-purpose flour, oats, salt and baking powder in
a container, adding the sugar too.

2. Stir in the butter, eggs, milk and vanilla and stir for a few seconds to
mix.

3. Fold in the cranberries then spoon the batter in a loaf pan covered
with parchment paper.

4. Pre-heat the oven and bake at 350F for forty minutes or until it rises
significantly and starts to appear golden-brown.

5. Let cool down and serve, sliced.
