THYME LEMON BREAD

Total Time Taken: 1 hour
Yield: 10 Servings

Ingredients:
¼ cup canola oil
¼ cup sour cream
¼ teaspoon salt
1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
1 cup buttermilk
1 egg
1 lemon, zested and juiced
1 teaspoon fresh thyme

Directions:
1. Mix the flour, salt and baking powder in a container.

2. Put in the remaining ingredients and stir for a few seconds to mix
using a whisk, just until blended.

3. Spoon the batter in a loaf pan coated with baking paper.

4. Pre-heat the oven and bake at 350F for around forty minutes or until
a golden-brown colour is achieved and fragrant.

5. Let cool in the pan before you serve.
