PLUM CINNAMON BREAD

Total Time Taken: 2 hours
Yield: 10 Servings

Ingredients:
¼ cup butter, melted
¼ cup white sugar
¼ teaspoon salt
½ cup light brown sugar
1 ¼ cups warm milk
1 pound plus, pitted and sliced
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1 teaspoon instant yeast
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
3 cups all-purpose flour

Directions:
1. Mix the flour, yeast and salt in a container.

2. Mix the eggs, sugar, milk, vanilla and butter in another container.
Pour this mixture over the flour and mix thoroughly. Knead the
dough for about ten minutes or until elastic and easy to work with.

3. Let the dough rise for about half an hour.

4. Transfer the dough to a floured working surface and roll it into a
slim sheet.

5. Drizzle the dough with cinnamon and sugar and top with plums.

6. Roll the dough firmly then place the bread in a loaf pan covered
with parchment paper.

7. Preheat your oven and bake the bread at 350F for about forty
minutes or until it rises significantly and starts to appear goldenbrown.

8. Let cool in the pan before you serve.
