WALNUT HONEY BREAD

Total Time Taken: 1 ¼ hours
Yield: 10 Servings

Ingredients:
¼ cup canola oil
¼ teaspoon cinnamon powder
¼ teaspoon ground ginger
¼ teaspoon salt
½ cup honey
½ cup oat flour
½ cup warm milk
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup ground walnuts
2 teaspoons baking powder
3 eggs

Directions:
1. Mix the eggs, oil, honey and vanilla in a container.

2. Stir in the walnuts, flour, salt, oat flour, spices and baking powder
and stir rapidly to mix using a spatula.

3. Spoon the batter in a loaf pan coated with baking paper.

4. Bake the loaf in the preheated oven at 350F for forty minutes.

5. Let cool in the pan and serve, sliced.
