MAPLE APPLE BREAD

½ teaspoon cinnamon powder
½ teaspoon ground ginger
1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
2 red apples, peeled and diced
2/3 cup maple syrup

Directions:
