SPICED CORNBREAD

Total Time Taken: 1 hour
Yield: 10 Servings

Ingredients:
¼ cup honey
¼ teaspoon salt
½ cup canola oil
½ cup plain yogurt
½ cup pumpkin puree
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup yellow cornmeal
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spices
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
2 teaspoons baking powder

Directions:
1. Mix all the ingredients in a container and stir for a few seconds to
mix.

2. Pour the batter in a loaf pan covered with parchment paper.

3. Pre-heat the oven and bake at 350F for about forty minutes or until
it rises significantly and starts to appear golden-brown.

4. Let cool down and serve, sliced.
