RHUBARB BREAD

Ingredients:
¼ cup canola oil

½ cup rolled oats
½ cup sour cream
½ cup white sugar
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
2 rhubarb stalks, sliced

Directions:
