VANILLA APPLE BREAD

Total Time Taken: 1 ¼ hours
Yield: 10 Servings

Ingredients:
¼ cup butter, melted
¼ teaspoon salt
½ cup applesauce
½ cup milk
1 cup white sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2 apples, peeled, cored and diced
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 eggs
2 teaspoons baking powder

Directions:
1. Mix the sugar and eggs in a container until creamy.

2. Put in the milk, applesauce, vanilla and butter and mix thoroughly.

3. Stir in the flour, salt and baking powder then fold in the apples.

4. Pour the batter in a loaf pan coated with baking paper and preheat
the oven and bake at 350F for forty minutes or until a toothpick
inserted in the center comes out clean.

5. Let cool in the pan before you serve.
