MULTIGRAIN BREAD

Total Time Taken: 2 hours
Yield: 8 Servings

Ingredients:
¼ cup canola oil
¼ teaspoon salt
1 ½ cups warm water
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup multigrain flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon instant yeast

Directions:
1. Mix the flours, yeast and salt in a container.

2. Put in the water and oil and mix thoroughly. Knead the dough for
about ten minutes or until elastic and easy to work with.

3. Transfer the dough to a floured working surface and shape it into a
loaf.

4. Put the dough in a baking tray covered with parchment paper and
preheat the oven and bake at 350F for about half an hour or until it
rises significantly and starts to appear golden-brown.

5. Let cool in the pan before you serve.
