MOIST BANANA BREAD WITH SALTED CARAMEL SAUCE

Total Time Taken: 1 ¼ hours
Yield: 10 Servings

Ingredients:
Banana bread:
¼ cup canola oil
¼ cup sour cream
¼ teaspoon cinnamon powder
¼ teaspoon salt
½ cup light brown sugar
½ cup oat flour
½ teaspoon baking soda
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 bananas, mashed
2 eggs

Salted caramel sauce:
½ cup heavy cream
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup white sugar

Directions:
1. For the bread, combine the flours, baking powder, baking soda,
cinnamon and salt in a container.

2. Put in the remaining ingredients and stir for a few seconds to mix.

3. Spoon the batter in a loaf cake pan coated with baking paper and
preheat the oven and bake at 350F for around forty minutes or until
a golden-brown colour is achieved and well

5. Let cool down and serve, sliced.

6. For the caramel sauce, melt the sugar in a deep cooking pan until
golden.

7. Put in the cream and keep on heat until melted and smooth.

8. Let cool down before you serve.

9. Top the banana bread with caramel sauce right when serving it.
