WHOLE WHEAT BREAD

Total Time Taken: 2 hours
Yield: 10 Servings

Ingredients:
¼ cup canola oil
½ teaspoon salt
1 ½ teaspoons instant yeast
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups warm milk
2 cups whole wheat flour

Directions:
1. Mix the flours, salt and yeast in a container.

2. Put in the milk and oil and mix thoroughly. Knead the dough until
elastic and easy to work with.

3. Cover the container and allow the bread to rise for about half an
hour.

4. Transfer the dough to a floured working surface and shape it into a
loaf.

5. Put the dough in a big loaf pan coated with baking paper.

6. Allow to rise for 30 additional minutes then bake the bread in the
preheated oven at 350F for around forty minutes or until it rises
significantly and starts to appear golden-brown.

7. Let cool in the pan before you serve.
