PECAN BREAD

Total Time Taken: 1 hour
Yield: 12 Servings

Ingredients:
¼ cup canola oil
¼ cup dark brown sugar
¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
½ cup almond milk
½ cup butter, melted 2 bananas, mashed
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup pecans, chopped
1 cup whole wheat flour
2 tablespoons ground flaxseeds
2 teaspoons baking powder

Directions:
1. Mix the butter, bananas, canola oil and almond milk in a container.

2. Stir in the flours, pecans, sugar, baking powder, flaxseeds and
nutmeg and stir for a few seconds to mix.

3. Pour the batter in a loaf pan covered with parchment paper and
preheat the oven and bake at 350F for forty minutes or until it rises
significantly and starts to appear golden-brown.

4. Let cool in the pan before you serve.
