CINNAMON RAISIN BREAD

Total Time Taken: 1 hour
Yield: 10 Servings

Ingredients:
¼ cup canola oil
¼ cup light brown sugar
¼ teaspoon salt
1 cup hot water
1 cup raisins
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 eggs
2 tablespoons milk powder
2 teaspoons baking powder

Directions:
1. Mix the water, oil, sugar and milk powder in a container. Put in the
eggs and mix thoroughly.

2. Stir in the flour, salt, baking powder and cinnamon and stir for a
few seconds to mix.

3. Fold in the raisins then spoon the batter in a loaf pan covered with
parchment paper.

4. Pre-heat the oven and bake at 350F for forty minutes or until it rises
significantly and starts to appear golden-brown.

5. Let cool in the pan then serve, sliced.
