CHOCOLATE CHIP YOGURT BREAD

Yield: 10 Servings

Ingredients:
¼ cup canola oil
¼ teaspoon salt
½ cup buttermilk
1 cup dark chocolate chips
1 cup plain yogurt
1 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 eggs
2 teaspoons baking powder

Directions:
1. Mix the yogurt, oil, sugar, eggs, buttermilk and vanilla in a
container.

2. Put in the flour, salt and baking powder and stir for a few seconds to
mix.

3. Fold in the chocolate chips then spoon the batter in a loaf pan
covered with parchment paper.

4. Pre-heat the oven and bake at 350F for around forty minutes, until
the bread passes the toothpick test.

5. Let cool in the pan before you serve.
