CHOCOLATE BANANA BROWNIE BREAD

Yield: 10 Servings

Ingredients:
¼ cup cocoa powder
¼ teaspoon salt
½ cup butter, softened
½ cup buttermilk
½ cup coconut sugar
½ teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups whole wheat flour
2 eggs
4 bananas, mashed

Directions:
1. Mix the coconut sugar and butter in a container until creamy.

2. Put in the eggs and bananas and mix thoroughly then mix in the
vanilla and buttermilk and stir for a few seconds to mix.

3. Fold in the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt.

4. Spoon the batter in a loaf pan coated with baking paper.

5. Pre-heat the oven and bake at 350F for forty minutes or until it rises
significantly and seems golden.

6. Let cool down before you serve.
