CINNAMON MAPLE BREAD

Total Time Taken: 1 hour
Yield: 10 Servings

Ingredients:
¼ cup dark brown sugar
¼ cup light brown sugar
¼ cup maple syrup
¼ teaspoon salt
½ cup butter, melted
½ cup low fat milk
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 eggs
2 teaspoons baking powder

Directions:
1. Mix the maple syrup, butter, eggs and milk in a container.

2. Put in the dry ingredients and stir for a few seconds to mix using a
whisk.

3. Pour the batter in a loaf cake pan covered with parchment paper and
preheat the oven and bake at 350F for around forty minutes or until
a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

4. Let cool in the pan and serve, sliced.
