APRICOT SWEET POTATO BREAD

2 teaspoons baking powder
4 apricots, pitted and diced

Directions:
1. In a big container, combine the butter, honey, sugar, eggs, vanilla
and sweet potato puree.

apricots.
3. Spoon the batter in a loaf pan covered with parchment paper.
4. Pre-heat the oven and bake at 350F for around forty minutes or
