CHOCOLATE BEER BREAD

Total Time Taken: 1 hour
Yield: 12 Servings

Ingredients:
¼ cup canola oil
½ cup buttermilk
½ cup cocoa powder
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup dark beer stout
1 egg
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups whole wheat flour

Directions:
1. Combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cocoa
powder in a container.

2. Put in the remaining ingredients and stir for a few seconds to mix
using a whisk.

3. Pour the batter in a loaf pan coated with baking paper.

4. Pre-heat the oven and bake at 350F for forty minutes or until it rises
significantly and becomes aromatic.

5. Let cool in the pan and serve, sliced.
