IRISH SODA BREAD

Total Time Taken: 1 hour
Yield: 8 Servings

Ingredients:
½ teaspoon salt
1 ½ cups milk
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons canola oil

Directions:
1. Mix the milk, vinegar and oil in a container.

2. Put in the flour, salt, cumin seeds and baking soda and mix
thoroughly.

3. Move the dough to a loaf pan coated with baking paper and preheat
the oven and bake at 350F for a little more than half an hour.

4. Let cool in the pan and serve, sliced.
