BROWN BUTTER WHOLE WHEAT BANANA BREAD

Total Time Taken: 1 ¼ hours
Yield: 10 Servings

Ingredients:
¼ teaspoon salt
½ cup butter
½ cup light brown sugar
½ cup oat flour
1 ½ cups whole wheat flour
1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 bananas, mashed
3 eggs

Directions:
1. Put the butter in a deep cooking pan and melt on medium heat until
it starts to look golden brown. Turn off the heat and let cool down
then move to a container.

2. Put in the bananas, sugar, eggs and vanilla and mix thoroughly.

3. Stir in the flours, salt and baking powder and mix using a spatula.

4. Spoon the batter in a loaf pan coated with baking paper.

5. Pre-heat the oven and bake at 350F for about forty minutes or until
a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

6. Let cool in the pan and serve, sliced.
