GERMAN CHOCOLATE BREAD

Total Time Taken: 1 ¼ hours
Yield: 10 Servings

Ingredients:
Bread:
½ cup buttermilk
½ cup canola oil
½ cup cocoa powder
½ teaspoon salt
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 cup brewed coffee
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 eggs

Topping:
½ cup dark chocolate chips
1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup sweetened condensed milk

Directions:
1. For the bread, combine the coffee, oil, buttermilk and eggs in a
container.

2. Put in the remaining ingredients and stir for a few seconds to mix.

3. Pour the batter in a loaf pan coated with baking paper and preheat
the oven and bake at 350F for forty minutes.

4. Let cool in the pan then move to a platter.

5. To make the topping, combine all the ingredients in a container.

6. Spoon the topping over the bread and serve instantly.
