FRESH ORANGE CRANBERRY BREAD

Total Time Taken: 1 ¼ hours
Yield: 10 Servings

Ingredients:
¼ teaspoon salt
½ cup white sugar
1 cup dried cranberries
1 cup fresh orange juice
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons orange zest
2 teaspoons baking powder

Directions:
1. Mix the butter, egg, orange juice, orange zest and vanilla in a
container.

2. Put in the flour, salt, baking powder and sugar and mix thoroughly.

3. Fold in the cranberries then spoon the batter in a loaf pan coated
with baking paper.

4. Pre-heat the oven and bake at 350F for around forty minutes or until
it rises significantly and seems golden.

5. Let cool in the pan before you serve.
