FRESH CRANBERRY BREAD

Total Time Taken: 1 hour
Yield: 10 Servings

Ingredients:
¼ teaspoon salt
½ cup butter, softened
½ cup fresh orange juice
½ cup white sugar
1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
1 cup fresh cranberries
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon orange zest
2 eggs

Directions:
1. Mix the butter, sugar, eggs, orange zest, lemon zest and orange juice
in a container.

2. Put in the flour, salt and baking powder and mix using a spatula.

3. Fold in the cranberries then spoon the batter in a loaf pan coated
with baking paper.

4. Preheat your oven and bake the bread at 350F for around forty
minutes or until the bread passes the toothpick test.

5. Let cool in the pan then serve, sliced.
