Adobong talbos ng sayote
Ingredients:
2 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. garlic, minced
1 tbsp. onion, sliced
1/2 cup pork ear, sliced
5 tbsp. vinegar
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. sugar
1 cup sayote tops
1 tsp. patis (fish sauce)
pepper
Method:
1. Sauté garlic and onions until golden brown.
2. Add pork ear, vinegar and soy sauce. Simmer.
3. Add sugar.
4. Add sayote tops and simmer to cook.
5. Season with pepper.
