Filipino Pork barbecue
Ingredients:
1 kg. pigue, thinly sliced
1/2 cup 7-Up
MARINADE:
3 tbsp. garlic, minced
1 1/4 cup banana catsup
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 cups brown sugar
1 tsp. pepper
1/4 cup vinegar
1/2 tbsp. Prague powder
1/4 cup canned pineapple juice
Method:
1. Pre-marinate meat in 7-Up.
2. Skewer the meat: put the fat first so it reaches the end of the skewer.
3. Grill over hot charcoal. Brush with marinade regularly to coat and glaze pork.
