Lechon manok
Ingredients:
1 whole chicken
1 tsp. Prague powder
1 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup anisado wine
2 tbsp. calamansi juice
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1 1/2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tbsp. pepper
2 pcs. star anise, cracked
Method:
1. Marinate chicken overnight.
2. Roast chicken on a spit over hot charcoal for approximately 35–40 minutes or roast on a turbo broiler at 375°F for 30 minutes or oven-roast at 350°F for 1 1/2 hours.
