Postreng pimenton
Ingredients:
2 pcs. roasted green bell peppers
2 pcs. roasted red bell peppers
1/4 tsp. garlic
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. olive oil
Method:
1. Fire-roast bell peppers.
2. Cover for 2 minutes to loosen skin. Scrape off skin with a knife and seed.
3. Mix all ingredients together
