Bistek talong
Ingredients:
1 cup talong (eggplant), sliced
1/4 cup onion rings
1 tsp chopped ginger
3 tbsp. calamansi juice
dash of liquid seasoning
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp sugar
3 tbsp. chicken stock
Method:
1. Fry sliced eggplant.
2. Sauté onion rings in oil. Add ginger calamansi juice, seasoning, pepper and butter.
3. Add fried eggplant, sugar and chicken stock. Simmer for 2 to 3 minutes.
