Ginisang kabute at sitaw

How to make Ginisang kabute at sitaw Recipe - A simple dish like this can be enhanced by a topping of fish skin chicharon or cracklings.

Ingredients:
1 tsp. garlic, minced
2 tbsp. onion, sliced
2 tbsp. oil
1/2 cup shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 cup sitaw, cut 2” long
1/2 cup oyster mushrooms
3 tbsp. fish sauce (patis)
pepper

Method:
1. Sauté garlic and onion in oil until golden brown.

2. Add shrimps.

3. Add sitaw and oyser mushrooms. Season with fish sauce.

4. Simmer to cook.

5. Season with pepper.
