Kangkong sa bagoong
Ingredients:
1 tsp. garlic
1/4 cup onion, sliced
2 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. atsuete oil
1/4 cup bagoong alamang (salted)
2 tbsp. sugar
2 cups kangkong with young stalks.
Method:
1. Sauté garlic and onion in oil and atsuete oil.
2. Add alamang and sugar.
3. Add kangkong and stir fry for about thirty seconds in high heat.
