Strawberry Shortcake
Ingredients:
1 large scoop vanilla ice cream
3 strawberries
1 ounce vanilla vodka
Strawberry and piece of fluffy white cake, for garnish
Method:
Combine the ice cream, strawberries, and vodka in a blender and blend for about 5 seconds.
Add about a half cup of ice and blend until smooth. Pour into a cocktail glass. Garnish with the strawberry and the piece of cake on the rim of the glass.
