Pumpkin Jack
Ingredients:
2 ounces light cream or milk
1 1⁄2 ounces pumpkin puree (from a can)
1 1⁄2 ounces sweetened condensed milk
1 1⁄2 ounces spiced rum
3⁄4 ounce Hiram Walker pumpkin spice liqueur
Dash of ground cinnamon
Dash of ground nutmeg, plus extra for garnish
Whipped cream, for garnish (optional)
Method:
Combine the cream, pumpkin puree, condensed milk, spiced rum, pumpkin spice liqueur, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a blender and blend for about 5 seconds.
Add about a half cup of ice and blend until smooth. Pour into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a dash of nutmeg and a dollop of whipped cream, if desired.
