A simple and delicious way to utilize some favorites is in this remarkably delicious smoothie. Nectarines are rich in vitamin C, which makes skin glow and increases elasticity for better tone. The addition of walnuts provides omega-3 fatty acids that boost brain health, and avocado supports hormone regulation and healthy digestion. Yield: approximately one 20-ounce (570 ml) smoothie

Ingredients:
1/2 medium fresh nectarine, stone
removed and chopped, or
1/2 cup (125 g) frozen peaches or nectarine slices
1/2 plum, stone removed
1/4 medium avocado, peeled and pitted
6 pitted cherries
2 pitted medjool dates
1 cup (235 ml) unsweetened almond milk
2 tablespoons (28 ml) water
1 tablespoon (8 g) walnuts
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
pinch sea salt
1/4 teaspoon maqui powder

Method:
In a blender, combine all the ingredients except the maqui powder.

Blend on high for 20 seconds.

pour into a serving glass, sprinkle with maqui powder, and enjoy!
