Yield: approximately one 20-ounce (570 ml) smoothie
Ingredients:
1/2 medium fresh nectarine, stone
removed and chopped, or
1/2 cup (125 g) frozen peaches or nectarine slices
1/2 plum, stone removed
1/4 medium avocado, peeled and pitted
6 pitted cherries
2 pitted medjool dates
1 cup (235 ml) unsweetened almond milk
2 tablespoons (28 ml) water
1 tablespoon (8 g) walnuts
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
pinch sea salt
1/4 teaspoon maqui powder
Method:
In a blender, combine all the ingredients except the maqui powder.
Blend on high for 20 seconds.
pour into a serving glass, sprinkle with maqui powder, and enjoy!
