Lemon Twist Smoothie
Yield: approximately one 16-ounce (475 ml) smoothie
Ingredients:
1 medium lemon, juiced
1/8 teaspoon lemon zest
1/2 teaspoon camu camu powder
2 cups (475 ml) pomegranate juice
(no sugar added variety)
2 tablespoons (13 g) yacon syrup
5 to 6 ice cubes
Method:
in a blender, combine all the ingredients.
Blend on high for 20 seconds or until smooth. enjoy!
