Cool Caramel Flan
Ingredients:
4 ounces milk or light cream
1 egg yolk
1 ounce Navan vanilla liqueur
1 ounce sweetened condensed milk
1⁄2 ounce Frangelico
1 teaspoon raw sugar (turbinado sugar), plus extra for garnish
Caramel sauce, for garnish
Method:
Combine the milk, egg yolk, vanilla liqueur, condensed milk, Frangelico, and sugar in a blender and blend for about 5 seconds.
Add about 1 cup of ice and blend until smooth. Pour into a cocktail glass and garnish with a sprinkle of sugar and a swirl of caramel sauce on the top of the drink.
