Antioxidant Berry Punch
Yield: approximately ten 3/4 cup (175 ml) servings
Ingredients:
1 large handful parsley
1 pound red seedless grapes, room temperature
3 medium cucumbers, ends trimmed
4 medium semisweet apples (such as fuji or Gala), halved
1 tablespoon (8 g) maqui powder
2 cups (475 ml) sparkling
mineral water
2 cups (290 g) mixed berries
(fresh or frozen and any
variety you choose)
fresh mint leaves for garnish
Method:
pass the parsley, grapes, cucumbers, and apples through a juicer in the order specified.
Transfer to a pitcher, stir in the maqui powder, mineral water, berries, and mint leaves. serve chilled.
