How to make Frozen Grasshopper Recipe
Ingredients:
1 large scoop mint chocolate chip ice cream
1 1⁄2 ounces green crème de menthe
1 1⁄2 ounces white crème de cacao
Mint sprig, for garnish
Method:
Combine the ice cream, crème de menthe, and crème de cacao in a blender and blend for about 5 seconds. Add about a half cup of ice and blend until smooth. Pour into a cocktail glass and garnish with the mint sprig.
