Pure Goji Juice
Yield: approximately 32 ounces (1 L)
Ingredients:
1/2 cup (45 g) goji berries
32 ounces (1 L) filtered water
Method:
Combine the goji berries and water in the glass jar. apply the lid and let rest at room temperature for at least eight hours and ideally up to twelve.
Transfer the soaked berries and their liquid to a blender and purée on high for 1 minute. pour the juice back into the glass jar through a fine-mesh strainer. store the juice in the refrigerator until ready to use. the juice will remain fresh for up to seven days.
