How to make Frozen Nog Recipe
Ingredients:
1 scoop French vanilla ice cream
1 egg yolk
3⁄4 ounce spiced rum
3⁄4 ounce brandy
Dash of ground nutmeg, plus extra for garnish
3 drops of vanilla extract
Method:
Combine the ice cream, egg yolk, rum, brandy, nutmeg, and vanilla in a blender and blend for about 5 seconds. Add about a half cup of ice and blend until smooth. Pour into a small cocktail glass and garnish with nutmeg.
