Mocha Flip
Ingredients:
1 large scoop coffee ice cream
1 egg yolk
1 ounce Kahlúa
1 ounce dark crème de cacao
Coffee beans, for garnish
Method:
Combine the ice cream, egg yolk, Kahlúa, and crème de cacao in a blender and blend for about 5 seconds. Add about 1 cup of ice and blend until smooth. Pour into a cocktail glass and garnish with coffee beans.
