Rosy Gems Juice
Yield: approximately one 16-ounce (475 ml) juice
Ingredients:
1 handful fresh parsley
1 piece (1/2 inch, or 1 cm) fresh ginger
1 lemon, peeled with pith intact
1 1/2 large tart apples (such as fuji), halved
6 ounces (175 ml) pure Goji juice
Method:
pass the parsley, ginger, lemon, and apples through a juicer. transfer to a pint (475 ml) glass or jar and stir in the goji juice. enjoy immediately and sip slowly.
