Tommy Bahama Crab Cakes
SERVES 6-8
Ingredients:
1¾ pounds lump crabmeat
1½ tablespoons finely chopped green onion
4 tablespoons minced red onion
3 tablespoons minced yellow onion
1 egg
½ tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning
1 tablespoon salt
2 tablespoons Panko bread crumbs
3 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon celery salt
3 tablespoons butter
Method:
Mix all the ingredients in a medium bowl. Be careful not to break up the crabmeat.
Portion the crab cakes into 6 large or 8 small patties.
Place a nonstick sauté pan on medium heat and melt the butter.
Brown crab cakes on both sides.
