Sonic Hickory Burger
SERVES 1
Ingredients:
¼ pound ground beef
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon butter
1 large plain white hamburger bun
1 tablespoon Kraft Hickory Barbecue Sauce
1 tablespoon chopped white onion
1/3 cup chopped lettuce
Method:
Preheat a skillet to medium heat.
Shape the ground beef into a patty. Season with salt and pepper.
Melt the butter in the skillet. Lightly brown the bun. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, grill beef 3–4 minutes per side, until done.
Build the burger from the bottom by adding the barbecue sauce, onion, lettuce, burger, and then top bun.
