Outback Steakhouse Sautéed Mushrooms
SERVES 4-6
Ingredients:
1 (10½-ounce) can beef broth
½ cup diced onion
2 (8-ounce) cans or jars of small whole mushrooms, plus the juice of one
1/3 cup burgundy wine
Method:
Place the beef broth in a saucepan and simmer the onions for 15 minutes.
Add the mushrooms and wine and simmer for another 15 minutes.
