Bahama Breeze Jamaican Marinade
YIELDS 1½ CUPS
Ingredients:
¼ cup olive oil
2 tablespoons Jamaican Jerk seasoning
¼ cup orange juice
2 tablespoons soy sauce
¼ cup rice wine vinegar
1 tablespoon dark Jamaican rum
Juice of 1 lime
1 seeded and minced habanero pepper
2 cloves minced garlic
½ cup chopped red onion
2 chopped green onions
½ teaspoon Creole seasoning
Method:
Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl with a lid. Stir with a whisk.
Cover and refrigerate. Can be stored for up to 2 weeks.
