Outback Steakhouse Sweet Potato

How to make Outback Steakhouse Sweet Potato Recipe -  A sweet potato is a delicious alternative to the ordinary spuds served at most steakhouses.

SERVES 1

Ingredients:
1 large sweet potato
2 tablespoons shortening
2–3 tablespoons salt
3 tablespoons softened butter
3 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Method:
Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Rub the outside of the potato with shortening and sprinkle with salt.

Bake the potato for 45–60 minutes, or until soft.

Split the potato in half lengthwise.

Whip together the butter and honey, and put on each half of the potato.

Sprinkle cinnamon on top of the butter and honey.
