Lone Star Steakhouse Steak Sauce
YIELDS 1 CUP
Ingredients:
½ cup butter
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
¾ teaspoon black pepper
2 drops hot pepper sauce
½ cup lemon juice
1 minced small clove garlic
½ teaspoon dry mustard
Salt, to taste
Method:
Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
Combine the rest of the ingredients in the pan.
Cook for 10–15 minutes, until the sauce thickens.
